Twenty Seconds from the Boardwalk and Beach and Ten Minutes from the casinos in Atlantic City. Great for families or couples. Wonderful setting for small weddings and receptions.

VACATION RENTAL RATE
We will rent nightly, weekly, or monthly during the Fall, Winter, and Spring with a two night minimum.
Weekend rates are 1000 a night for Fall and Winter.
(No nightly rentals during the summer)
Rates are based on number of tenants, season, holidays, weekend or weekday occupancy.
Thanksgiving, 2010 is booked.
We are currently accepting reservations for Fall 2010 and Winter, Spring and Summer, 2011.
Weddings, Receptions, and Party quotes are available on request.
Summer, 2011: we have already had ten applications for monthly rentals for next summer. So if you are interested in Summer, 2011, please submit an application as soon as possible
